3. Product Information & Quality

Hygiene Considerations

Due to health regulations:

  • All wetsuits (Baby & Toddler, Children’s, Full) cannot be returned unless defective
  • Diving equipment (Masks, Fins, Sets) cannot be returned unless defective

4. Ordering & Payment

Order Process

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You’ll receive confirmation with tracking when your order ships.

5. Shipping Policy

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, 15-25 business days after shipment

International Considerations

We ship globally except to some Asian and remote areas. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties in their country.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

Most items can be returned within 15 days of receipt if:

  • In original, unused condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Refund Processing
