Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking available

International Customers: Please note that customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply upon delivery in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our water sports equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • All wetsuits (Baby & Toddler Wetsuits, Childrens Wetsuits, Full Wetsuits)
  • Diving equipment (Diving Masks, Diving Fins/Flippers, Adults Diving Sets)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and return details
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
  3. Package Your Item – Securely pack the item with the RMA number clearly visible on the package
  4. Ship Your Return to:

  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange – Processed after we receive and inspect your return

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Please note:

  • Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 hours of approval
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If your desired item isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead. Please indicate in your email whether you prefer an exchange or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
