Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: For hygiene reasons, wetsuits (including Baby & Toddler Wetsuits and Childrens Wetsuits) and diving equipment (Diving Masks, Diving Fins/Flippers, and Adults Diving Sets) cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
  4. Ship Your Return – Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 hours of approval
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please indicate in your email whether you prefer an exchange or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

International Returns

For international returns (excluding some Asian and remote areas), please contact us first for specific instructions. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties associated with returns.
