Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote areas) from our Detroit warehouse:
  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after dispatch ($12.95 flat rate)
  • Free Economy Shipping (EMS): 15-25 days after dispatch (free on orders over $50)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
How are large items like surfboards packaged for shipping?
We take special care with all our water sports equipment. Surfboards and bodyboards are packed in protective, adventure-ready packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our team of water sports enthusiasts personally checks each item before shipping to meet our strict quality standards.
